About us
ARBITRADE is an exclusive arbitration-litigation boutique assembling experienced and dedicated lawyers. Being an acronym for arbitration and trade law, the name of the Company generally states for the core expertise as dedication to resolution of various business matters.
Its beginnings go back to 1995, when Pavel Tritenichenko, managing partner, first started his private legal practice concentrated on litigation, commercial, tax and criminal law.
While maintaining its original focus on arbitration and litigation, the Company has gradually expanded and grown to a team of sharp minded professionals in various areas of business law. Arbitration practice enlarged to encompass representation of the Clients before the ICAC Ukraine, the ICAC Russia, LCIA, the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, the ICC International Court of Arbitration, the International Arbitration Center of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber (VIAC), the Vilnius Commercial Arbitration Court, GAFTA and FOSFA Arbitration Courts and many others.
